What can I say other than Lisa is the absolute best. She really was a lifeline for me and walked me through the scary steps of divorce. She explained every step thoroughly and was there for any questions I had, big or small. She runs her practice with a true professionalism, and I was so impressed with her court room manor. I’ve worked with Kelley Spigel for 2 years, through 6 different contempt petitions & motions to modify custody. Yes, you read that ridiculousness right; my case was a monstrous nightmare.

Kelley has morals and cares about doing the right thing - and she doesn’t hesitate to fight vigorously when things aren’t right. She thinks before she acts; she thinks of the end at the beginning.

This is why I relate to her, and why she was the perfect lawyer for me. I needed someone I shared values with because I needed guidance. I needed a legal expert who would say “eh, that’s not a battle worth picking” or her famous “wow” - then she’d HANDLE it. I was tired of getting picked on; I was tired of my kids being put through hell.

I was very dissatisfied with my original DIVORCE lawyer. However, there were some loose ends that needed mending so I asked a friend whom works at the courthouse for a recommendation for a NEW lawyer. She gave me Lisa's name. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the one. I just wish I had Lisa FIRST. She is always available to chat, keeps you in the loop of what is going on. Is honest, open truthful and NOT MONEY HUNGRY. Her insight and knowledge have kept me grounded. She is kind and understanding. She listens wholeheartedly and doesn't make you feel stressed, worried, agitated, or confused. All the things my previous atty did. It is almost like Lisa is a friend (therapist) and not a lawyer. I can exhale deeply with satisfaction after speaking with her. She definitely has your best interest in mind. You matter to her, which I find to be a lot less stressful in a very tense and stressful situation. While I am coming to an end with my situation (Thankfully)! I am sad too because Lisa was instrumental in getting me and my son what we deserved and wanted. She will definitely be on my Christmas card list in the future. As a side note the office staff is also amazing, friendly, and personable. I am a retired military veteran, and I utilized the legal services of Marla Zide in 2010 for a divorce and Marla was professional and knowledgeable. Marla ensured that the process would be explained every step of the way and every effort would be put forth to obtain favorable results. Marla delivered as stated, fast-forward a decade later after fiduciary responsibilities had ended, I had some potential issues come up due to legal interpretation. Marla not only remembered me and my case, but she also offered legal advice that proved to be the proverbial nail on the head which closed this loop. Marla has surrounded herself with a staff and team of knowledgeable, professional individuals with a people first mentality. This is a true testament of the person Marla is and what she and her firm stands for. It is refreshing in this day and age to find a firm with morals and cares about the people more than profit!
